In addition to offering multiple classes per day, we also offer personal training programs available from several different locations in Kailua. Whether you're fresh off the couch, recovering from an injury or a long-time athlete, between our trainers and classes, we have the program for you.
Our classes are a hybrid of Personal Training and Group Fitness, allowing members to receive more personalized attention and customized workouts. Classes include a variety of the most effective training styles and focus on movement with purpose, building endurance, strength, balance, agility and overall functional fitness.
